Terms of Purchase for ALO Yogu

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of yoga wear, accessories, and other products (collectively, “Products”) from ALO Yogu (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order on the Site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under 18);
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the checkout process (including billing, shipping, and contact details);
  • Have a valid payment method accepted by our Site (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other approved payment options);
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases where:

  • Product information (e.g., price, availability) is incorrect or incomplete;

  • A Product is out of stock or unavailable after an order is placed (we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund in such cases).

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

When you submit an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price (plus any applicable taxes, though shipping is free globally as detailed in Section 4). We may accept or reject this offer in our sole discretion.

2.2 Order Confirmation

After you submit an order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided, acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order—we will send a separate shipping confirmation email (with tracking information, if available) once your order has been processed and shipped. Acceptance of your order is final only when we send the shipping confirmation.

2.3 Order Modifications or Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel an order only if we have not yet processed or shipped it. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has entered the shipping process (i.e., after you receive the shipping confirmation email).

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Currency and Pricing

All prices listed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise for your region). We reserve the right to change prices for Products at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed (via shipping confirmation).

3.2 Payment Processing

  • You agree to pay the full amount listed in your order summary (including taxes, if applicable) at the time of checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processors (as referenced in our Privacy Policy). We do not store your full payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) on our servers—all payment data is encrypted and handled in compliance with industry security standards.
  • If a payment is declined (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, or billing address mismatch), we will notify you via email, and your order will not be processed until we receive valid payment. We may attempt to process the payment again with your consent, but we are not liable for delays caused by payment issues.

4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, where processing may take slightly longer). We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

4.2 Delivery Time

After your order is shipped, standard delivery time is 6–12 business days to any destination worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or local postal service delays. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by these external factors, but we will work with you to resolve issues related to lost or missing shipments (see Section 4.4).

4.3 Shipping Costs

ALO Yogu offers free global shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase is required. There are no additional shipping fees for domestic (U.S.) or international orders.

4.4 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if provided by our shipping carrier). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details, and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged Products (with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact) for a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date. The following Products are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized Products (if applicable);
  • Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or damaged by you;
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page).

5.2 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the name of the Product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return;
  2. Wait for our team to send a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions (including the return shipping address, if needed);
  3. Package the Product(s) securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship the return (you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect in the Product or an error on our part, e.g., shipping the wrong item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned Product(s) (to confirm they meet the return eligibility criteria), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

  • If a return is rejected (e.g., the Product is worn or damaged), we will notify you via email and return the Product to you at your expense.
  • If you received a defective, incorrect, or damaged Product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery—we will cover the cost of return shipping and either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, at your option.

6. Product Availability and Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all Product information (e.g., descriptions, sizes, colors, images) on the Site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Slight variations in color, fit, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen resolution differences.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a Product you ordered becomes out of stock after we have confirmed your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item (or cancel the entire order and refund the full amount, if you prefer).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ALO Yogu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or inconvenience) arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use our Products or Site;
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase (whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected Product(s);
  • We are not liable for damages caused by factors outside our control, such as shipping delays, customs issues, payment processor errors, or third-party service disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
